roasted
-1 to 2 Tbsp peanut oil
-2 cloves whole garlic
-2/3 cup yellow onion, diced small
-2/3 cup Poblano peppers, diced (almost 2 whole
peppers)
-1/2 pound medium shrimp
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1/4 tsp white pepper
-6 Tbsp flour
-4 cups chicken broth
-1 cup heavy whipping cream
-optional: green onions (garnish)
