She's outrageous and hilarious, and so is this episode. I can NOT WAIT to hear what you all think about my grandma, her kitchen, and, of course, her KUGEL!

-1 8 oz package of wide egg noodles
-1 stick melted butter
-8 ounces cream cheese
-1 cup whole milk
-4 eggs
- 2 cups Corn Flakes
-2 1/2 Tbsp sugar
-1 tsp cinnamon

Episodes » Episode 11: Thai Chicken PastaAllie here! Bringing you one of my favorite recipes - Thai chicken pasta. Om nom nom! This recipe is ridiculously easy to make and it's super yummy.
The only down side - the sauce is made of a lot of ingredients: peanut butter, honey, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar to name a few. Honestly though, those are things you should have in your pantry at all times anyway. The peanut butter for sandwiches, honey for tea, soy sauce for vegetables, rice etc., and the apple cider vinegar for salad dressings and marinating pork chops.
They're essentials! So BUY THEM NOW, or, ask for them for the holidays. Wait, I meant that as a joke, but it's sort of an awesome idea! A pantry essentials package...that's a great gift idea!!

-4 thinly sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1 to 2 Tbsp grill seasoning
-1 box of thick spaghetti
-1 large seedless cucumber, pealed and sliced thin
-2 red peppers, chopped into strips
-4 or 5 large carrots, sliced thin
-1 bunch of scallions, chopped
-cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
-1 lime for juice
Sauce
-1/3 cup peanut butter, microwaved for 30 seconds
-1 shallot, diced
-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup honey
-1 Tbsp sesame oil
-2 Tbsp hot sauce
-2 tsp crushed red pepper

I'm writing because I hear you're maybe a tid bit miffed. I've heard you think I'm neglecting you...and you're right. I'm sorry. I just looked back and realized that, discounting the chocolate cake because it's dessert, we've only aired one vegetarian episode so far: Hoisin Veggie Stir Fry. I'm a little embarassed; will you accept my apology?
Coming up in this, our first season, we have 2 vegetarian recipes, for your consideration. We are including a lot more vegetarian recipes in our 2nd season, which we're filming now. It'll air in March, so stay strong!
