Happy Thanksgiving, E. Biters! I'm going to keep this blog short and sweet because it's late Thursday night, I'm uber stuffed with stuffing, mac and cheese and oh-yeah-turkey, and ughhhhh... I can hardly breathe let alone type. So you're not going to get much out of me on this one. That said, this episode of Economy Bites is fabulous and speaks for itself; it has everything you love: great food, bad dancing, cilantro, and bloopers, so you don't really need me to hold your hand.
