Happy Thanksgiving, E. Biters! I'm going to keep this blog short and sweet because it's late Thursday night, I'm uber stuffed with stuffing, mac and cheese and oh-yeah-turkey, and ughhhhh... I can hardly breathe let alone type. So you're not going to get much out of me on this one. That said, this episode of Economy Bites is fabulous and speaks for itself; it has everything you love: great food, bad dancing, cilantro, and bloopers, so you don't really need me to hold your hand. Do you know how lucky you are, holiday people? You're so lucky. So, SO lucky!

-3 cups all purpose flour

-1 Tsp salt

-1 Tbsp white sugar

-1 .25 ounce package Active Dry Yeast

-2 Tbsp Olive Oil

-1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

-1 cup warm water

Pizza Toppings:

-1 bushel of cilantro, chopped

-1/2 cup of olive oil

 -1/2 cup and 2 Tbsp Bar B Que sauce

-1 cup shredded turkey

-1/4 red onion, sliced into rings

-1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

-1/2 cup shredded gouda

-4 chicken breasts with skin

-1 cup of long grain rice

-2 cups water

-1 chicken bullion cube

-1 packet Goya Sazon seasoning (can substitute any Mexican seasoning)

-1 tub of fresh pico de gallo (or 14.5 oz can of tomatoes, or jar of salsa)

-2 14 oz cans of black beans, juice drained

-1 14 oz can of water

-4 cloves garlic

-2 to 3 Tbsp cumin (for beans)

-1 to 2 Tbsp garlic powder (for beans)

-1 Tbsp chili powder (for beans)

-olive oil

-salt and pepper to taste
